Prooot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on compatible devices, subject to the terms set forth in this EULA. You may not:

• Use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Prooot is committed to enhancing your user experience through the collection and utilization of data. By using the Application, you consent to the collection of the following types of data:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prooot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where this limitation is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
